sports warehouse waltemart munoz.  40% off I think.  They also have the white/black/red @ 30% off.  Didn't ask for the sizes though.  Better call them up.

M5's did reach the outlets. Saw some at Paseo de Sta Rosa last December. But like you, I didn't find any size 12's.
