These things are fire. I'm surprised resell is so low...I was expecting easy 8-900. I'm in LA. People only paying like 700 max right now.

Last week when everyone on CL was trying to sell pairs they didn't have, the prices were $800 or so. Now I'm seeing popular sizes at $650.These things are fire. I'm surprised resell is so low...I was expecting easy 8-900. I'm in LA. People only paying like 700 max right now.
I thought these were going to sell for $1,000+ too, but I think there were more of these than people thought. Plus they had to share hype with the Gamma's, OG 1's, 3Lab5's, AND the Prelude pack. They couldn't have come out at a worse time. I know I wanted two pair, 1 to rock, and 1 to flip, but since I only got 1, I'm 80% sure I'm keeping these. They may be the first shoe I buy a sole protector for though. I actually think they may not took too bad when they turn piss yellow though because it would match the color scheme of the shoe.Best foam of the year IMO - I'm a Oregon fan tho, so my opinion is bias. I see the price dropping below $500 in NYC. Most people copped to resell because the beasts kept saying these would sell for $1000+. After the hype, after the boxes start collecting dust and the resellers pockets start hurting the prices on these are gonna fall out.
Wondering how that sole is gonna look after it yellows. I wouldn't let these touch the ground without a sole protector.
debating whether i should trade my duck foam for a bel air, gamma and 150 cash

Bel Air - $350-400
Gamma - $300-340
That's $650-740 + $150 cash...
Why are you still deciding...
She's not the only one. Admittedly, I've done a complete 180 on these.
Mine came in a day early, they look nicer than I thought in person. Even my wife liked them, and she thought they were ugly when I showed her the picture.
im not a fan of it 1 bit but due to the busy upper, I barely notice it. definitely wont notice when worn.the only thing that bothers me is that glitter sole.
sounds like u caught someone in need of money. great come up.I think people move on from shoe to shoe so fast that the value will go down even more, I got a pair of DB foams $500 shipped yesterday and that was unheard of a month ago
Yes, there's truth to this. I'm in a local FB selling/buying page for shoes and every weekend there is a new hype and a new shoe and the previous weekend shoes that can't be resold...well...the resellers will throw them out for retail to get money back or if its a really limited shoe they'll drop the price significantly just to get it sold quicker. It's always on to the next one. The Duck foams were averaging maybe 700-800ish market at first? Some even had 1,000 buy it nows lol. But then its slowly been looking like I a lot of people have gotten pairs from 550-650. I've already seen some locals give in and have it sold for 5-550 already, I'll say if value drops it could stay as low as around 450-500. I'll be surprise if it gets down any lower than 400-450 lol.I think people move on from shoe to shoe so fast that the value will go down even more, I got a pair of DB foams $500 shipped yesterday and that was unheard of a month ago
Need help on a decision:
I give Oregon Foams, I get DB Foams. Both in DS condition. I would probably flip the DB's for cash and get another pair of these. Opinions??

It would be in person, that's the thing. He's local. Not even worth the hassle. Doing shipping, paying eBay/PayPal fees, risk of getting scammed. The list goes on.
