They're 100% authentic. I placed them next to my DS supreme tees and the material, sizing and feel are exactly alike. The tag is also exactly as my other tees.

haha, was just making a joke, although I honestly didnt think a Kmart employee would bother checking the tags on blank tees for someone over the phone.

Went to two Kmarts in my city yesterday and they only had American Apparel blanks, not the Supreme branded ones. I still grabbed two of them, $4 AA shirts are a great deal
