I always think of The Prestige when the Illusionist us brought up. Need to rewatch Illusionist as it's been too long.
However there seemed to be a period where movies with a similar theme came out around same time. I.E. Friends with Benefits and No Strings Attached
That’s exactly why I’ve never seen the illusionist.
I saw The Prestige and just assumed it was just riding the wave.
have you heard of......I don’t know how many bad movie enthusiasts we have here but since I brought it up in my Madame Web review…
Remember it’s never too late too watch Moonfall. Ever since my brain melted from witnessing this holy grail of abominations, I feel more people need to see this movie.
So let me sell you on Moonfall, a genuine 10/10 bat**** insane pile of dog****.
Moonfall is a big budget ($138m) Roland Emmerich disaster movie.
Now imagine that, but with a plot about the moon falling out of orbit down to earth, cooked up by Alex Jones during a meth, shrooms, DMT and bathsalts binge.
An almost 3 hour wild ride that never slows down and will continue to surprise.
I’ve seen this movie numerous times already and it’s just as hilarious on subsequent watches.
I think this is the true pinnacle of greatness an awful movie can reach. Nothing makes sense, science goes straight out the window from frame 1, the characters are basically NPCs who constantly take the absolute worst decision at every point, ...
The ending was the true icing on the cake that cemented this as the holy grail of bad movies for me.
How on earth this movie was approved, much less with a budget of $138m, is beyond me but we should all be grateful that it did.

Doesn't ring a bell, I'm guessing it's an acronym for a Youtube channel?Do you watch RLM?
Well now I have to see it.I don’t know how many bad movie enthusiasts we have here but since I brought it up in my Madame Web review…

My algorithms keep pushing "For All Mankind" on me. Maybe i'll check it out.
Movie looks good visually but I'm kinda of over Kevin Hart. Plus Dune 2 and Furiosa look so much better.
