Watched Primer and the whole time I thinking WTF is going on and the point of the movie. Then they get to point where the two guys are talking about protein, protein, and more protein for the first part of the movie.

So they get to the point where they time travel and dont want to speak/see their doubles. I was thinking before the Abe said it how can you use your phone if your double has the same phone. So they start to try and kill off there doubles off......
But my question is why are you not suppose to talk with your double during time travel. If the person is your double then he should know whats up and not to freak out. 

The movie was good just weird.

Just finished season 1 of The Wire. Took me years to finally start it, but I'm glad I did .

that I just know realized Michael B. Jordan played the role of Wallace. Had no clue of his acting past, so bare with me on the lateness.

That's what I've heard; that seasons 4 and 5 aren't the best. Which is a letdown because that's the last two of the series, right?

I'll watch it through, but so far I've enjoyed it after one season.

I'd guess that season 4 is considered the best season, along with season 1.

Season 2 gets a bad wrap initially because it takes such a sharp left turn from the first season, but in the grand scheme it's important. Season 3 is very good and Season 4's focus on the schools is incredible. Season 5 is still good, but certain elements are weaker than the rest of the series.

Finally saw Blackfish, I must say, heart wrenching and sad |I

I still need to check Blackfish out. Was out of town when my city had the viewing.

Most people who said they didn't like season 2 were just wrong... bottomline. I won't say you HAVE to like season 2, but there's really nothing wrong with it other than it moved away from the corner drug storyline and threw in a whole new cast of white, working class characters.

Season 5 is still very good, but a few things got a bit tiresome

Dallas Buyers Club

Pretty much what I thought it would be, 2 people transforming for their roles, and no one else in the movie mattering.

That said, They both did their job, but I didn't stop and think "Oscar" or "amazing". Just that they LOOKED great in their character. The actual acting part wasn't special, at least to me. Solid, but not Daniel Day Lewis special like it has been sold.

The story was moving however. Really liked it, and loved how they attacked the FDA.

I liked Garner's character, but she was vanilla as could be, tho I heard her cuss for the first time ever.

Solid film, but to me the story of it all is more interesting than the 2 hours, I felt like it needed to be longer to really show what they did, not just renting the rooms and selling memberships.

Taking all the Wire opinions posted for what they're worth, but going to go into the rest of the series blind and come up with my own verdict.

And Blackfish had some parts that were hard to watch.

When that one female trainer was working with the whale during the dinner and a show performance and the whale pulled her under water and never let go.. at least that's how I remember it.

I used to go Seaworld (Orlando) almost every summer when I was younger. Fortunately, I never saw an accident occur.

Season 4 was the best season whoever told u its bad is a bad person.

Season 5 should have focused more on the media and in better ways. But the last 2 or 3 episodes are perfect so I don't really care extremly good ending

Since there are so many Wire fans in here and some of you probably are too young to remember it, I highly recommend Homicide: Life on the Street. It was a a cop show that David Simon produced, that also took place in Baltimore. Best cop show on network TV ever IMO. Andre Braugher was consistently brilliant as the lead detective.

40 minutes into "Before Midnight." How is this rated so high. It's entirely just mundane conversations carried by characters that aren't particularly interesting -- nothing else. I give up. I guess it's just not meant for me.
