If you don't get a confirmation number from finishline, your purchase didn't go through. The Paypal end doesn't matter.

Wowww finishline just messed up. I was in checkout through the ebates app and I clicked submit order and it said "billing error" and I reviewed it again. All correct and had to re-enter my PayPal info. After submitting order again it said the same thing. Then I check my email just now and PayPal and it shows I was charged twice...
