OG 1 Black/White Cyber 'Monday

I wasn't too concerned with these as the stitching seems to be fine, by my main concerns are the texture difference on the toes of the shoes and the size tag on the side rather than the tongue. Could this be a legit manufacturing flaw or are they fake? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

The sizing tag on my pair is on the side too, and I bought them at footlocker. Also with the leather difference it could be because they used a different piece in manufacturing. Just double check with someone else about the leather to be sure. I am positive the size tag is placed right.
