The guys who said this is a reliable source, who has been right on numerous occasions in the past including the Clique release time, Nicki Minaj being on "I wanna be with you" by DJ Khaled before it was announced, Jay Electronica being on a new Big Sean song (CONTROL), Holy Grail being MCHG's lead single, and other things
Makes sense to capitalize on the wedding and all the publicity he is getting

If you've read Kanye collaborator and producer Evian Christ's quote on Kanye West wanting "something that sounds a bit like Otis Redding, a bit like Mobb Deep," this report by Billboard should make sense. Billboard published a piece breaking down "everything we know" so far about Kanye's next project, and in it an undisclosed source further pulls back the curtain on the album's details. The outlet writes:

"A source says that as of two-weeks ago, there's 12 songs on the album. Out of six heard, it's "mostly a mixture of soul samples and tamed 'Yeezus'-esque darkness... nothing abrasive."

As far as collaborators and features go, Billboard also compiled and curated a list of "potential players" that may also be working on the album alongside 'Ye. The roster of potential contributors include the likes of James Fauntleroy, Young Thug, Rick Rubin, Q-Tip, James Blake, 808 Mafia, DJ Mustard, Young Chop, and more.
