TROLLLLLLLLL. j/p.
dunno man-- these are the difficult teams to me: you've got the lakers, then suns both away.. then utah at home.. and then at new orleans. withother "easy breezing" games in between.

in any case, denver seems to have the upper hand in terms of schedule difficulty in the last several games between the 3 teams vying for the final 2 playoffspots. and i'm not counting on anyone to do the warriors any favors and lose.

Hey, if you want to face San Antonio in the 1st round, then by all means go ahead... I'd rather go up against New Orleans

.

J/k... yeah I realize that the positioning isn't going to stay like this since we are talking about the West. But yeah, with the way we are positioned, getting into the playoffs > worrying about seeding. And just as long as we get into the playoffs, I'll be happy.

but i know what you mean, and agree. just getting in is gonna be just as tough as playing in it.

Exactly what I was pointing out, it's better to be IN the Playoffs than to worry about how well you're going to do. Would you rather have a milliondollars and not risk your life or have two million dollars and a high chance to die?

And ET, just for your information, I DID get accepted to 3 UC's, but I'm a broke dude.

Didn't you get accepted to Cal already or something? haha

but i do think dallas may get their stuff straight now...i'm eying Denver more now because their play can be shaky and if we win against them next week ourchances go up significantly. Anything can happen though, we could win all these games, we could lose all of them, Dallas could lose all of them, etc. etc. soit'll be interesting to see what happens.

anyways, whatever happen to our scrappy defense?
dontknow.gif

Yeah, where'd that go? Is Smart still keeping track of how many deflections we have a game?

I'm pretty glad I didn't put a deposit on the playoff tickets

. Even if we beat Denver on Saturday they own the tie breaker for the season becausethey have a better conference record. All teams have 7 games left and we basically 3 games back of Dallas and 2 of Denver. A change needs to occur in theoffseason because this team just won't cut it in the west next season. Monta, Wright, and Biedrins should be the only players that are untouchable.Azubuike has a great contract so he should be here but everyone else should be expandable. We need a post presence and should do whatever it takes to get one.

'Buike? I thought he expires at the end of this year too.

oh okay cool. i hope he stays. he's a hard worker on the floor. i hope Watson stays too-- he's a really serviceable player.

as mentioned, i think we need to retain Davis and Jackson, in addition to Biedrins, Ellis, and Wright.

Harrington and Barnes need to be shipped elsewhere or cut. so much for the giant turtle-man and mr co-captain.

Pietrus if he wants to re-sign for a non-outrageous price, i wouldn't mind. as a starter, he really upped his game. if he can play at that level, it'sall good. plus, he's hella goofy.

If there is interest for Harrington from other teams in the offseason, I would definitely look into shipping him somewhere else. You can't count on him.His shot is ridiculously streaky, he doesn't play great D, and he isn't a good rebounder.

Pietrus is probably gone, I can see Barnes staying for cheap. If Nellie decides to play him ONLY at the 3....he really isn't that terrible.

If Barnes is one of the first couple guys off the bench, then yes he is that terrible. If he is the 10th guy or so, then he's fine.

I really want to keep Pietrus. He has showed he can produce if he gets minutes. He is our second best rebounder(yes). I don't know about you guys, but Iwould be frustrated if my coach had me guard a guy that had 4 inches and 40 lbs on me every night.

Pietrus is going to want more than he's worth. He's a pain in the %$+ to boot. We can sign someone just as easily in free agency (I believe) to replacehim.

We need a milsap type dude first and foremost.

Timing is everything my dude...now we know the exploits of the system and how to fix it.

Either get a DEEP +@$+ team or pick up a couple role players to hang with the teams who have repeatedly exploited our weakness.

too bad that won't ever happen to me, until some asian guy makes it to the league (american born chinese people, not people like yao/yi). at least i have a pretty good chance since my last name's supposedly the equivalent of "Smith" to White people.

You are Asian? I could have sworn you were a typical white Warriors fans.
