The dude is the consummate professional. The unanimous opinion has always been that he works his *** off but the visually evident improvements he's made every single season since he left for Holland as a kid is unreal. A lot of guys work hard but maximizing results is something else entirely. I think his first year in Serie A with Chievo he added the most to his game.
