UA Information: I spoke to a higher person on the phone through UA Customer Service. The guy was not friendly and seemed to be really upset my questions about this "2 per person of style and color" I addressed that their is not official UA Policy and how do they control this, he said bluntly there is no OFFICIAL policy and do it to an order depending on the history. If they see a pattern of more than "2 per person of style and color" they will cancel it because of reselling and etc. I was upset because they cancelled my 7/3 GSW Home Low's since I ordered 2 pairs of the Pacific Blue's! This "policy" was not even enforced than...He was only sorry that UA did not even contact me about that cancel order and offer nothing for the situation. Bottom like he said only order 1 color each and 2 tops......
Just chatted in with UA, those idiots cancelled both pairs of my lows, because I bought 2 pairs of the mids and they said its the same color way so I could not get the lows. What a bunch of idiots. No where was this posted on their site...
