...but Nike didn't make a $1300-$4000 shoe. They made a $170-$200 shoe that is really only about $14 worth of materials.

He didn’t say HE thought they looked fake, he did his due diligence and one of the apps said they were fake. So he did further due diligence and posted here. He did all the right things.

For what it’s worth, I think GOAT and CheckCheck are pretty reputable (NOT perfect, no business involving humans is). Never heard of or used the other app. They look real to me.

Nah, I prefer to mostly buy exactly what I want. Not just what falls into my lap - that's not the sneaker life for me.

I move on when it's something that I have a lesser affinity for...

I’ve always been part of team retail since I started collecting/wearing sneakers for the most part over the years and only bought a few sneakers I really wanted on the aftermarket but never over my $500 limit. I had an impulse buy and pulled the trigger on these on eBay. I just really admire the design and look so it was hard to pass up. But I’ve seen stories of some really good fakes getting passed thru aftermarket’s authentication process and was hoping if any would be able to legit check these from the pics. Btw I watched a ton of videos and they seem legit to me but just wanted a second opinion on here. Thanks in advance.

Legit.

Just by seeing how perfectly placed that reverse swoosh is.. is all I need. Stitching looks great also, midsole has very little QC issues, shape looks good.

Fakes also have good QC but the current batch has the swoosh to far up, the reverse swoosh is pushed to far up and barely inside the midsole. The issue is being fixed so enjoy the easy LC while we can lol.
