You're wrong. You can't bot an in-store raffle with Nike. I've won fairly and lost plenty, but at least I knew I had a shot.

In store raffle would be chaos. There's people waiting 4 hours for a raffle ticket. They do Pass to avoid the chaos. There's no way a raffle could even be held in store. You'd have thousands of people around the store. They couldnt hire enough security. It's just bot feasible in today's sneaker game.
