Thanks, I have the receipt but it is more than 60 days, so I am just wondering if they would still allow an exchange for that. I have receipt, complete box, shoes never worn not taken outsideDo you have the receipt? Is it within their return/exchange window (15,30, 60 days etc.)?
If yes, then you have all the right to give the amount stated in the receipt.
If you don't have the receipt and/or the exchange window has elapsed, they will give you credit to the amount the item will ring up. They are not REQUIRED to give you credit since it doesn't qualify to their written policy. However, they MIGHT do it as a COURTESY to the customer.
Receipt/Valid window/No Final Sale stamp = FULL Credit/$$$
No receipt/Expired Window = Current Price Credit or Rejection
Final Sale Stamp on Receipt = SOL
