How come NT doesn't criticize Game for the amount of features he has

if you criticize Game because of features you might as well do it for the rest of the hip hop industry. not all his albums got alot of features except for Jesus Piece. notice it dropped around the time when rappers started to fill their albums with unlimited features cause that was the cool thing to do.

Game outrapped on his own songs? how does he get outapped on his own songs when he usually hi-jacks people's flows and ends up sounding better than him?

Anyway, that the first Dipset post in a long time that actually makes sense. In terms of discography, I've never really listened to Game mixtapes, so I'd put his albums up against anybody's since 2005.

Nas and Face are legends but since 05? Nah. Krit and Kendrick didn't start putting out stuff till like 2010 so they don't count. Since 05 it's between Game and Kanye.

Lmao at kendrick being on games level. This here is about consistency and longevity. Dudes crowning him king after a few good albums. Funny thing is so many cats called him the best and once tpab dropped none of them speak on him.

I'll put up doc, doc adv, Jesus piece over all 3 kdot albums any day

And I like Game but cmon. I dont understand why ppl like discrediting Kendricks body of work especially TPAB. Thats still the best album of the year

Jesus Piece was a great album but it was a compilation album.

Red was cool. There were great songs on there but there were a lot of misses. Also left off a lot of good tracks that leaked or were on mixtapes. Don't understand what he was doing with this album.

LAX was terrible, hated that album. Paid $14 for that **** and it was trash.

Pretty much all of his albums are compilation albums though. Don't mind some singers on hooks but usually way too many features. Haven't seen the final track list for this yet.

KRIT has had 5.

But consistency and longevity to what degree?
Documentary the only album that made Game king for a minute, after Section 80 dude wasn't even the best on the West

Haven't heard LAX but if it's worse than RED I don't know why I'm having this conversation in the first place

I pretty much overlooked Ross. I'd definitely have him up there as far as consistency.

I'm also not in love with TPAB like everybody else is. It's a very good album but I think GKMC is so much better than that TPAB, especially production wise

not saying that Kendrick isn't good but he hasn't been put thru war with the best rappers in hip hop and survived. Game is the West Coast version of 50 Cent.

Games last 2 albums were compilations tho. And he only has 1 classic album, were not gonna get into why. The deeper than rap, Albert Anastasia, Ashes to ashes, Teflon don, rich forever run was crazy. Act like it wasn't if u want too but son was on top of the game at that time.

not sure how people can't call Doctor's Advocate a classic, these tracks alone might be better than most people's discographies

I don't necessarily think they are trash. They just aren't on par with that crazy run he had of 5 consecutive bangers. Mastermind wasn't amazing but was far from trash. I personally liked the last album but it is as average as it gets. Doctors advocate isn't a classic tho let that go. From deeper than rap to rich forever he dropped like 5 straight bangers and had the game in a chokehold for a minute. But I can't argue game in a game thread with known game fans. I like jayceon sometimes, Jesus piece was OK , more like a mix tape tho but it was cool.
