Idk what sizes you’re looking at but I have an XL and it does fit baggy and loose. I like this fit tho. Here’s some measurements of mine. Hope it helps.

Im so mad I had to sell that jacket..... The sizing was soooooo bad..... WTAPS runs small for japanese sizing but this was like some weird ish.... Length dumb small and sleeves long. It was as if Rick Owens did the varsity
