Edit: I just did a comparison to my orange bag and it’s a fake. Strap by tnf logo is misaligned, buckle is thicker... Just purchased from eBay. I’m so pissed! Listing even said no fakes or variants.

Looks as though they’ve tried to sell it last month and it went back up for sale.

Never had to deal with buying fake of anything on eBay. Any chance of getting my money back? Paid PayPal. Sent seller message to cancel order.

Didn’t know they made fakes of this particular piece.

Never had to deal with buying fake of anything on eBay. Any chance of getting my money back? Paid PayPal. Sent seller message to cancel order.

Had it happen to me a couple months ago. Make sure to email communicate only via eBay messaging. I hit the seller with the quoted eBay policy from the site and followed the procedures here:

CS will get a label for you to send the item back but in the meantime I think it freezes those funds on the guy. Took me almost 2-3 weeks but I got my money back.

The seller has since canceled my order. Now to see if eBay will redeem my coupon also.

Seller has tried to sell the same bag before. Idk why they have it listed as authentic no fakes blah blah. Maybe they don’t know.

You should call paypal and make a claim with them. I typically call because it seems easier and gets escalated quicker. Once you say the reason they will ask the seller to provide his feedback. Once you two have come to a conclusion or if not they'll just make you send it back and once its delivered they'll process the payment. should take a few weeks tops.

I did get a notice from eBay that the order was cancelled and refund is processing. I think I’m good tho. What helped is that I called eBay right after the auction ended. If I had waited a day or had it been labeled as “shipped” then maybe I wouldn’t of been fortunate. Lesson learned. Now it’s just a waiting game. Never again!
