question, so i returned the jacket that didnt fit, got return approval and shipped it. It arrives at their warehouse today. How long does it take to get store credit? do you get an email confirmation?

it appears that someone picked the package up at the post office, has this happened to anyone before? never had to rerun an item.

It doesn’t take take long , and yes you’ll get an email confirmation. It’s been a few years for me , but what sucked is the credit was an extra screen/prompt that occurred after checking out.

I guess it only sucks if you’re trying to check out fast for items
