SF had stools backpacks, shop hoodies and beanies at 11:30 GF picked up a red stool, she said she saw about 20 stools left black and red and not a lot of people in line if anyone wants to try making an appointment right now. Not sure what happened to the stock yesterday afternoon..

Could be delayed inventory. I've been in a few drops where the item was not available after a few people gets the item and then inventory is available after 5pm or even next day and isn't even for super hype items.
