The carbon fiber is a dead giveaway on the fakes. It looks like polka dots on the fakes. I'm sure there is other discrepancies but I've never held the fakes in hand.

Yeah the carbon fiber is the easiest giveaway with fakes. The Carbon Fiber on the shoes in the pics above don't even look close to legit, so that's the easy give away there.
