I don't have last years kit so I wouldn't be able to tell ya. But I have Barca authentic kits from previous years & it fits similar. I'm 5'9. 170lb. Avg. build & got a size large if that helps.

New balance are typically TTS. I tried out my new balance Liverpool jersey to answer this question and the slim part would probably be tight around your biceps
