Not sure what this stain is from. Would love any ideas on the best way to remove it. Thanks

You're right. Lysol should be ok when dry.

Initially, I was going to scotch-guard and tape the suede panel of the shoe and submerge the entire shoe into vinegar/oxyclean/woolite/water blend. Now I'm thinking the water will leak onto the suede. Better off sticking to Lysol.

Another trick I use when I get lazy. Is Ill stuff ny sjoes with dryer sheets...

Had a quick question regarding my 5s. I've kept them in pretty great shape for the most part but it looks like the top of the uppers have rubbed together causing the nubuck to rub off and having a different color to the rest of the show. There's almost shine to it now. I've tried dry brushing it with suede/nubuck brushes but that really did nothing. Anyway I can restore the patches to the former glory to match the rest of the shoe?

my jordan 4 retros have the paint chipping away on the midsole. I'm gonna have to repaint them. What's the best way to scrape off the rest of the paint on the midsole, before i begin painting over it?

I used acetone, and I worked ok. You could also check YouTube for tutorials specifically for those shoes, since it’s such a common problem.

The white on the front part of 9s has a lot of build up on them. The back of the shoe on the white part has it as well.
I tried to scrub that front white part and it doesn't really help. Anyone have any recommendation on how to take that build up off?

I also have a scuff on the midsole of my white cement 3s. It doesn't look like the paint has chipped at all,
just a black scuff. What would be best to use on it?

Thanks NT

Any way to completely get black sharpie off the white midsole of Jordan 1s? Or is repaint the the only way? Tried rubbing alcohol and definitely lightened it by a lot but you can still see it

Jason Mark.. I use it on my soles.. But never on the uppers.

Clean em with soap and a towel first.. Then Windex. Lastly jason mark them or you can use d laundry detergent mixed with warm water and a brush.

Suede repair spray. Just make sure you get it in black.

Just fyi, they are more than likely durabuck (nikes patent formula for synthetic nubuck). And problems like the color fading off without being exposed to water is alot more common with sythentic materials versus real materials. I know this because I hate this problem as well. Had the same issue on the eyelets on my foamposites (durabuck as well). Suede repair made em look brand new.

It comes in a spray, by the way. Youll want to cover up the shoe. I used newspaper and tape... Spray it ouside , 6 inches away from the shoe and let them dry.
