If you must know a random guy ran over my bicycle, sucker punched me while I was picking it up off the street and immediately sped off.
I didn't do anything wrong so I filed charges. He rammed my bicycle onto the middle of the street so I went to pick it up first to move it out of the way for traffic.
Guy got out of his car yelling all sorts of insults so I replied "yeah ok whatever bruh" while ignoring him and picking up the bike and then he just punched me in the face out of nowhere
I had a doctor I knew write a report saying I suffered a concussion and then filed police charges on him (battery, illegal parking, reckless driving and fleeing the scene)
He lost his license for a month and had to pay a fine to the cops though I'm not sure how large the fine was.

Not that I know of. I don't think he deserved to get locked up, just a lesson for his reckless behavior and maybe some anger management. He parked illegally infront of some appartment next to me as I was getting something out of a vending machine.
He came back out the appartment within like 2 minutes, got in his car and drove backwards, ramming my bicycle out of the bicycle parking spot onto the middle of the street.
It was a pretty busy road so I immediately went for my bicycle and wasn't really paying much attention to the guy despite him getting out of the car and yelling a bunch of insults at me.
Wasn't really expecting him to punch me in the face in the middle of a busy street while I was picking up the bike.
The vending machine spot had cameras so the whole thing including his license plate was on camera.
Now that I look back on it the guy might've been on coke or something. Driving a BMW M3 but parking infront of some shady tiny appartment, entering and coming back out in less than 3 minutes combined with the erratic behavior.

I was kind of baffled for a bit by the fact he punched me on my forehead in the middle of the street like that. The guy ran straight back to his car and sped off after landing his punch. I asked some people who saw it happen if I could have their contact information for the charges I'd be filing later which they all agreed to and then I went back to school, this was during lunch break.
After class I visited the ER and asked a doctor I knew to quickly make a report saying I suffered a concussion due to physical trauma. Without a somewhat serious medical report cops aren't really gonna bother investigating the case.
I've always thought of fighting as angry caveman behavior, something I don't approve of or want to partake in. I'm not gonna fight back and stoop down to that level in any situation. I'll take my L and file charges later.
Fighting is generally heavily looked down upon here and seen as something that only low intelligence thugs do. I've never been in a fight nor have any of my good friends. Our school was divided in separated areas based on the level of education. We never had a single fight happen at the highest education level whereas they happened somewhat frequently at the lowest level of education's school area.

Can't deny that. Our justice system is quite loose. We've just been kind of a safe haven for a lot of middle eastern immigrants for years so we have a pretty large amount of muslims here. Religious extremism been growing for a while. After all the backlash we're trying to improve our system now.

Shy finally spoke on the situation. Said he was 2 deep & got a lil too comfortable. Said dudes snatched his chain off the floor. Watched DJ Akademiks video & he said something about Gotti & the Vice Lords possibly getting involved. Can't remember exactly what he said on that part
