He’ll get signed and play. It’s gonna be some monster contract that will reset the market tho which kinda sucks to hold. He wants the Donald deal plus more for five years with higher guaranteed as well

Tbh I don’t take any player at face value when they say stuff like that. Especially elite players who are the best at what they do. Dudes want to get paid. It’s understandable given the cutthroat nature of contract negotiations in the NFL.
Players are damned if they do and damned if they don’t when it comes to questions about potential future contract negotiations as well. If they play coy and give some type of non answer. People are going to read through that and try and interpret it however they choose. If they say no comment, people will take it as they don’t want to be there. If a player says it’s not all about the money, they’re setting themselves up for failure.
All that said. We’ll probably get some notification about a deal being reached at some point between now and next week.

i wonder if that DPOY trophy got to his head.. as much as i want him to take a team friendly deal, **** it, i can’t even be mad at him for wanting every penny. the man is the reason this team is the #1 defense in the league.

I think realistically Bosa could sign later in the week and still play but they might want to put him on a snap count if that's the case. But I think they'd be better off signing him and getting him in the facilities by Monday.

Get your money Bosa, non-qb’s only get one big payday in your career and he’s earned his. Thankfully our young QB’s have given us a cap that we can finally do some things with now that jimmy’s off the books.
