Baalke actually did confirm they tried to trade up and get him, however it wouldve basically cost all of their '14 draft picks

I know but I see it this early on. I even pointed it out before the draft in this thread. Dude is very Jerry-esque in a lot of the stuff he does. He's unguardable 1 on 1. He made Sherman dance on skates. Lol
OBJ would have cost Baalke los, lynchmobb, Bruce Bruce, etc. asking price was too steep.

Btw don't look now, but Jimmie ward has looked solid in the first 2 games of the season. Hopefully he continues playing well this Sunday vs AZ.
