He has seemingly lost the locker room, his coordinators and assistant coaches are mediocre, and clearly this team continues to fall apart in close games with their undisciplined play in all three phases.

It’s time to move on, many will disagree.

Kyle Shanahan has a mediocre record on paper, one can’t argue the facts. He’s had the luxury of
“Coaching” a stacked team with stacked offensive weapons which is why he’s advance deep in the playoffs. But at what point do you draw the line when time and time again the supposed leader of the team continues to fumble away games due to poor situational awareness.

offense is bland, boring, and predictable.
Defense gets ran over and our special teams is a joke.

Team is just not consistent. Key pieces are always missing week to week. That’s when it’s time to make necessary changes and try to be creative with what you have. Kyle just seems to run the same 15-20 plays.. where’s the innovation and creativity. Where’s pearsall and Guerrendo those guys got juice and that’s why you drafted them. Scheme em up.

The Lions is what you get when you have speed all around and a QB who is an above average passer and has a defense that is slowly learning to become elite.

Meanwhile Ben Johnson brings the brains on offense and Dan Campbell brings the brawn with his leadership and mindset and the hunger from learning his lesson from the key mistakes he made during last year’s NFCCG.

Yeah but what about KC? They've been in just as many deep postseason runs, if not more than the 49ers the last 4-5 seasons.

There's no stability and continuity with the 49ers coaching staff. Constantly changing coordinators year after year doesn't help, especially since Kyle isn't as great as we thought he was. He definitely wouldn't be considered "elite" in the leadership category

I've been saying on here for the last two years that the 49ers should trade Deebo. I don't expect him back next season.

I been seen the writing on the wall.

Jennings, Aiyuk, and Pearsall next year along with Purdy, Kittle, CMC, Mason, and Guerendo is plenty of talent and firepower on offense for the 2025 season.

You mean to tell me Kyle can't do with all this talent on offense what Ben Johnson is doing with Goff, Amon-Ra, Gibbs, Montgomery, Williams, and LaPorta?!?
