for sure. not sure if it was the pick or before but he’s hesitant to let it fly

Minnesota plays two deep safeties and their linebackers pretty much give Jimmy everything underneath and this forces Jimmy to so short quick passes and check downs. MIN does a great job of eliminating the middle of the field and since Jimmy loves to throw down the middle it forces him to have to make split second choices. Since Jimmy doesn't trust his own ability to hit corner routes and anything to the outside or to the sidelines, he will be super indecisive especially when under pressure.

Trey Lance would feast on this Viking defense imo.
