Anyone know how Lynch and Elway's relationship is? I have to imagine we are in prime position to trade down with them.

I believe they have a great relationship. Elway let Adam Peters out of his contract for Lynch:

Elway told Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle in a phone interview Wednesday that he likely wouldn't have let Peters out of his contract to go to any other team besides the 49ers

"Probably not," Elway said. "... He's very good at what he does and I hate losing him. But I also know that it's a great opportunity for him as far as the responsibilities that he was going to gain in San Francisco. But also I know that he's going to be able to go and help John.

A good QB can make a bad OLine look better than they are...like Russell Wilson, sort of. Everybody knows Seattle’s OLine is awful, but Wilson making something out of nothing masks their deficiency on a weekly basis.
Watching the game right now. This dude Russell is running around all game and not getting sacked. **** is crazy.

It's still surreal seeing Jimmy in a 49er uniform. I can't believe they really got him. Paired with Kyle, this feels like a franchise-changing acquisition.

Yesterday's game was enjoyable to watch. To finally see Goodwin and Taylor have balls thrown to them in stride. Man, Jimmy G has what it takes.

O-line looked decent.

Hyde looked average running the ball.

But I was really happy to see Trent Taylor go off.

Real happy to see that Jimmy's already got the respect of his teammates in SF :smokin

9ers fans def have a lot to be excited for for the future now that you've got a good one at the most important position

Just hope Lynch can get him some protection in the offseason

. Saquon Barkley/Jarvis Landry/LG/RG?

Saquon for me. Just like red has said Nelson a All pro guard for years to come but Saquon is a rare talent at a position that sees alotn of Work in kyle’s offense.

Man, I'd be geeked with Saquon. He's a freak athlete.

But at the time, the pragmatist inside me says the draft is so deep at RB that Kyle will find a gem much, much later. I'm big on Ronald Jones as well. I think he's the best pure outside zone runner.

How about Defo pulling the old Justin Smith trick. Grabs the LT and hooks the LG to allow Marsh to get to the QB uninhibited.:rofl::rofl:

I could really see the add of Saquon causing a very similar turnaround to that of Cowboys last year.

Barkley is such a well rounded back with elite traits.

Not impressed with Bradley Chubb NC state feels like if he was In last year draft he would have been available in the teens early 20s this year they’re calling him a top 5 pick.

John Lynch is the kind of GM I want to play for. I like his personality.
