I don't own the shoe, and I'm not familiar with EU sizing...but every review I've seen has said these fit comfortably TTS. It wouldn't surprise me if either of those sizes fit you...maybe check Puma's sizing charts?
What I do know is that I'm rarely surprised by Nike/Jordan sizing (US company), but Adidas (Euro company) sizing is all over the place.

I'm gonna cop a pair. But these "cutting mark" on the red section is suspicious.. Can anyone confirm whether their legit pair has the "cutting mark" as well?

I think what you’re referring to as “cutting mark” are typically called widow’s peaks. Years back, that was a telltale sign a pair of Jordan 11’s were fake. However, even some of the 11s now come with WPs. Namely, the most recent Space Jams.
All that said, don’t whether there are fakes, but I would highly doubt there are knock offs. Could be entirely wrong though ...
