In Pumas, US6 is the same as Euro39, I think. Your conversion is the one Nike uses

Then sadly, I've only found sz 8.5 and above for those R698s

those are the ones i am looking for, us6 is 38 according to the puma size chart.
^^Just to be sure are you looking for these? And Euro 38 is like a size US 6?
EDIT: i believe us7 is what i am looking for, puma conversion between female and male sizes is what is confusing me

I think 7s are pretty rare, could only find a sz 7 for the grey colorway

Curious, did anyone order from highs and lows?
I placed an order as they dropped, when I check my order status this is what I see, and it's been the same since Friday. And they haven't refunded me or anything, so I'm not sure what's going on.

I don't know if unfulfilled means they can't fulfill my order, or if it just hasn't processed yet. I emailed them on Friday to see, so if they are going to cancel, I can buy elsewhere, but still waiting on a response.
Pretty bad customer service if you ask me...

Yeah, got an email about an hour or so ago. Shoe shipped. The "unfulfilled" had me worried... I didn't want to miss a chance at another pair, and I didn't want to order another pair, and be stuck with 2.
