Yea, i got the case at best buy. I feel my psp is safer in the logitech case than the one that came with my psp. I like it cuz u can charge it and plug in your headphones without taking it out of the case. The weight isnt that big of an issue, the psp is already heavy as it is. Just a bit bulky but i can get over it knowing my psp is safer in this case.

i got a question for all the PSP experts...

im using PSP Video 9 to transfer my videos onto my PSP, and i haven't had any problems until recently... i converted my movie file to .mp4 and i transfered it onto to the memory stick through PSP Video 9...

but when i turn on my PSP and look under videos, nothing is there... but it says 656 MB out of a possible 988 MB... so the video is on there, but how come im unable to play it? @#%$... any help would be much appreciated...

can someone please help me wiht pspvideo9!! its not workin for me. my cousin got it to work but it wont work for me. the problem that i am having is that when i convert a video it converts it to a .avs file, is this right? please i need help. or can someone recommend a better converter? thanks

Make sure it's in the right folder. You have a choice of putting in either 1 of 2. I'm not exactly sure how it splits up, but it has to be on the right one, 50/50 chance. If it's not playing in one, switch it to the other.

Anyone have a better explanation on this?

Here's a cool tip to keep your PSP brightness set to Level 4--even when running on batteries...


Lock Your PSP At Brightness Level 4!

qj has an interesting article posted with regard to locking your PSP at brightness level 4, without the a/c adaptor being plugged in at all times.

Below is the simple method used to accomplish this:

Plug your power cord.
Adjust your brightness to Level 4.
Start a UMD game/homebrew.
When the program launch video is being played (the one with green balls flashed and PSP text in the middle of the screen), make sure you unplug the power cord from the PSP when the launch sound effect is over. You will notice that the brightness didnt fall down to level 3.
Now your PSP will be locked at level 4 - even after you suspend/resume, or turn on/off the screen [by holding the brightness button].

Simply pressing the brightness button will reset the level.

Well, uh I guess I, deep down, am feeling a little confused. I mean, suddenly, you get married, and you're supposed to be this entirely different guy. I don't feel different. I mean, take yesterday for example. We were out at the Olive Garden for dinner, which was lovely. And uh, I happen to look over at a certain point during the meal and see a waitress taking an order, and I found myself wondering what color her underpants might be. Her panties. Uh, odds are they are probably basic white, cotton, underpants. But I sort of think well maybe they're silk panties, maybe it's a thong. Maybe it's something really cool that I don't even know about. You know, and uh, and I started feeling... what? what I thought we were in the trust tree in the nest, were we not?

i just bought a psp. i upgraded to version 2.01 everyones telling me to dwngrd to 1.5. is that possible. has anyone ever downgraded there system????

Their telling you that so you can use homebrew which lets you play emulated games. But just remember you wont be able to play new games if you do that. But I heard they have homebrew for the lastest version now from someone in this thread. Dont know how true it is.

u cant downgrade anything higher than 2.0 version, just gotta wait till they hack it

Downgrading to 1.5 will allow you to load older titles, but you'll lose internet access. The latest games require v2.5 and higher. Once you update to 2.5, you can't go back--at least not yet....
It all depends on what your want to use your PSP for. Running homebrew software and backups, or browsing the net and playing the latest GTA, Burnout:Legends, Socom, etc...
