Roger stone is a great man and a great director. I really enjoyed his films Natural Born Killers, Platoon and Wall Street. “Greed is good”, he had Gordon Gecko outchea. Glad he is free!

At this point he might as well just grant clemency/pardon all his loyal felons. Stone deleted relevant communications, lied under oath 5 times, threatened tampered with a witness and obstructed justice repeatedly to protect Trump.
By Stone's own admission on Fox News, Trump coordinated his own written testimony to Mueller with Stone, making sure they were on the same page lying about their communications. All while Trump praised Stone for his obstruction and implied he would be rewarded for jumping on the sword.
Even Manafort, who also successfully obstructed the investigation, wasn't willing to go along with Trump's lie about his knowledge of Stone's activities.

I just put myself through torture by listening to a 2 hour podcast by Glenn Greenwald where he interviews Nathan Robinson and
-Ever since Bernie lost Nathan Robinson has stopped caping for him blindly and has come to his senses. He says openly that for American democracy to survive Biden needs to win. He is making the choice to state the obvious, things can get better under Biden, they will only get worse under Trump.
-Krystal Ball is completely fine with white supremacy, even though she claims not to be, and would happily let black people and other minorities be oppressed to see a socialist economy. Scratch that, for the Democratic party to be eliminated. She cares most centrally about the grievances of white people. People that think that someone watching her show would be most pushed toward socialism rather than right wing fascism are fooling themselves. The show main purpose is to convince people that Democrats are the real enemy. Ball is an ally to the reactionary right, not the progressive left.
-Glenn Greenwald is utter trash and a white supremacist. His stay with the "Trump isn't that bad, the Dems are worse" schtick. I am not wishing harm on him and his family (hope they stay safe), but I don't give a **** what Bolsonaro does to dude. You want to be flippant about minorities in America living under a system of oppression as a rich white man, then I am not gonna give a **** about what happens to you. Period.

Some, on the left, like Ball believe that identitarian issues is why the Democratic Party is enthrall to capital. It’s a bad take and it’s the inverse of certain liberals who claim that pushing too hard on economic justice necessarily will stymie social justice.
As soon as someone says you have to categorically choose between economic issues and identitarian issues, you know that that person is operating in bad faith.
