I meant hypothetically if it were to implemented, it sounds like a disaster. I'm no scientist but I know battery tech is by no means ready to take on that kind of gap left by banning fracking and nuclear energy. Logically that would result in an increased reliance on foreign fossil fuels.
I don't think M4A has any chance of passing either but hypothetically I think it would work well if it were to be implemented.

I don't think a fracking ban is realistic. Why not just impose better regulations and/or limit new permits?
Bernie wants to ban nuclear power as well on top of that. That just seems like it would result in having to buy more hazardous fossil fuels from other countries.
