what really grinds my gears about conservatives:

they purport to be the side of family values, which means they don't engage in such profane behaviors like cursing, drinking, dancing, or flirtation. at the same time, they are ok with calling others non-human, sexually harassing women, demeaning minorities, etc.

they tell us they're the god-fearing, religious ones, but they're the ones who go around judging everybody and deriding charitable efforts unless the target of those efforts is their well-off child with CF.

they claim to be the more cultured side, but they won't get a steak medium rare, they make fun of international cuisines, they cast off abstract art as trash, and the performing arts is too artsy fartsy for them.

they gild their **** and think it's classy.
