I live in NY. But I’m not even talking about a comparison of metrics when comparing the states. I’m talking about the pop culture thing that has been going on for years of Ohio jokes. There’s like 3-4 states I would really even consider living in, and I grew up in Ohio. The other midwestern states are not any of them . Minus Illinois. This is an aside from anything political I just found it funny that someone living in Minnesota would have jokes for Ohio. Personal pet peeve.

I don't even like mn that much, but it's not a bad state if you're trying to be a homeowner and work. I think about leaving every day but my house is almost paid off and I like my job.

I’m being 100% serious here, California should start issuing its own digital currency.

If the Feds are unwilling or unable to guard their currency monopoly against private capital’s prerogative to mint coins, the leading States should also take advantage of that weakness.

It would be acceptable as payment to the State, which would give a massive boast of demand for the coin and therefore more credibility.

In time, there would be more and more market demand, strengthening California’s fiscal hand since the State could mint coins to pay for ambitious housing, healthcare, education, infrastructural, etc.

America is and always has been a pro-racist nation. Hence why I don't stand for the flag or anthem.
