I saw my stepdads paystub like last week when I was at my moms house for dinner over the weekend. He barely saw a $3 dollar raise since 2020. Now he’s in a union so he still made decent money. But his union signed a 5 year deal in late 2019 so they ****** themselves.

we got like 20% over 3 years but if healthcare goes up 20% there goes your money.
