Here is my setup for this shoot

*300W model/strobe to models right at 45 degrees, large softbox at 1/2 power
*300W model/strobe to models left at 20 degrees, large softbox at 1/8 power
*150W model/strobe directly behind model bare at 1/2 power
Nice shooting D. Look like you putting in "work" brah!

Ive actually seen some guy shoot with that on his flash in a club hah

works half way maybe, because i don't know of any clubs that have ceilings/walls you wanna bounce flash off of. it'll get your flash alittle farther from the lens axis, and soften it up a bit, but a diffuser cup or stofen would do the same thing, but without having to worry about thedirection you point it so much.

better off going with a mini softbox

thnx for the advice yea the logo is a watermat in apeture (sp) so theprogram puts it were it wants to but def wouldn't have put it their.. I need to edit that .. Once I get my focus an lifting game up I will def have bettershots

Yeah, nothing like what you guys are producing in this thread. Still need to learn WB and all that other technical shooting terms.
