for those who have bank, the CANON G10 looks like a dope little camera to have!

I have a G10. When my only other cameras at the moment include 3 medium format, large format, and a Polaroid camera (cheki) it comes in very handy.
i've always loved the color isolation in P&S cameras. seems so cool, to my eyes. i really like the above (not color isolated, correct?),for its timelessness. this could have been a shot from yesterday or yesteryear or even yesterdecade!Originally Posted by Kicks R Me
Here are a few pics from my trip to Europe earlier this year. These were taken with a Canon SD750 (alot of them using the ISO-color feature) and then slightly touched up in PS. I just got graduated to an XSI so can't wait to start learning more. Any C & C is appreciated.
i agree with kdwallace, i've always preferred canon P&S. it's probably the only thing i recommend from canon, actually. any P&Sfrom 2 years ago to today will be fine.Originally Posted by i3allistic

The Canon SD series are pretty small and good for everyday use. They are super cheap now too. I think I saw a SD1000 go for $150 and they used to sell for $240-$300.

any tips? lol.
& any helpful websites you go on that have good tutorials and such for photoshop/illustrator?
are you sure you didn't forget to turn off a function (red eye)?
Naw brah...the Nikon just sucked! My roommate has the same problem with her Sony that is the same style camera. Maybe there have been upgrades now but backthen (3 years ago), all my flash pics were just horrible.
I seen the G10 and I know this is just a style thing but I don't like the overall design of the camera. I liked the G9 a lot better even though itwasn't that ergonomically convenient. Haven't shot with my G9 in a while but never really did like the camera that much. Plus even though it wassmaller then a DSLR, it's not like these cameras can fit in your pocket. I would rather just get a Canon Sd series and have a DSLR on the side....
I'm not positive about pricing, but doing it yourself is straight forward. Look into it on google / youtube.Originally Posted by elboricua 6
