Official PC thread.

Awesome. About time for some market competition. Intel has had such a long string hold. Hopefully we see competitive prices

any of you guys played that Enderal mod for skyrim?
If so is does it deserve da hype it's getting?

Got my gtx 1060 a couple a of days ago and so far I am not happy with it. Getting these terrible micro stutters.
I uninstalled all the older drivers with DDU and used the hot fix drivers, still stutter in games.

Seems like a widespread problem with pascal.

So nvidia can't get their **** together either?

Glad I passed on that poverty 1060 with 3GB for $185 this morning.

This is my first AMD GPU, and I have to say I enjoy it much more than when I had Nvidia. The Nvidia interface was so basura too. The AMD Radeon settings is lightweight, smooth and easy too use. Has made my RX480 experience much more smooth.

I use 3D Vision so Nvidia cards are a must!

Any of you guys tried the HTC Vive?

Would you recommend or does VR still need time?

Been borrowing my friends for the past month or so.

I haven't purchased anything, only tried the demos and stuff.

It definitely still needs time. I'm more into the visuals of it than the actual gaming. I feel like most of the games are the same ...

I own an Occulus Rift DK2 and tried the CV1  I feel VR needs time...the image quality and hardware requirements just aren't worth +$500 at this time.

Even the 1080 GTX and new Titan Pascals can't take full advantage of top image quality VR yet.

And that's the impression I was under from all of the media I've seen.

Still have yet to use one though. Seems like a decent enough experience in terms of cinematic viewing.

Guess I'll wait a few more years.

It's still pretty amazing. Definitely try it out if you can.

For The Internationals, Valve implemented VR to watch the games. It was pretty awesome.

I'm having a similar problem but I'm not sure if its micro stutter. My fps and gpu usage will drop almost to 0 in the Division and then jump back up. Tried everything you did, and no luck. Reinstalled windows which kinda mitigated it but I still get it every now and then.

I wanted the RX480 but they were pretty much out of stock everywhere
nvidia drivers are trash

Yea they sell out fast like kicks lol. I just used some in stock website that alerts you. I got one ordered in like 2 days waiting. So it wasn't that bad. The timing worked out perfect with my build too.

And yea as far as drivers and interface amd>nvidia

Just built mine about the same time, i7 and gtx1060. I love it. However I'm def wasting it, all I'm playing is Counterstrike. Arma 3 is next.
