Official Parks and Recreation Season 4 Thread vol. Vote Knope in 2012

Leslie and Ann going through all of Tom's amenities in his apartment was great

"There is a hot spinning cone of meat in that Greek restaurant next door. I don't know what it is, but I'd like to eat the whole thing." - Ron Swanon.

Episode was pretty solid.

I'm glad Leslie finally got her big moment against Bobby Newport.. great speech at the end and Paul Rudd's "holy +#%*, Leslie, that was awesome" totally killed

I could have used some more Ron, but his few moments were perfect "Ron Swanson" so I can't complain. April saying she'll give her 100 dollar lap dances and her fake rich laugh were awesome. I loved Andy re-telling all of his favorite movies and everyone's initial disinterest, but by the end they were all interested. And Donna crying after Andy described Babe was perfect.

Always great to see Perd

and I thought the one guy yelling at both the gun salesman and the porn star was hysterical and reminded me of something you'd see on The Simpsons.

Andy and April's antics at the party.

Leslie listening to that mellow Sarah McLachlan song to get her pumped up.

The pornstar saying, "Just like Leslie, I know how it feels to be in a room full of men."

Joan: "Just a reminder to our candidates, to keep it civil. I’m looking at you Leslie."

Tom made the decision to take April's advice to be sincere to Ann. "Vote for me to be your boyfriend."

Ron singing while he was jacking cable.

April at the party. Goodness, she looked adorable.

Loved the episode. Dude agreed with the assault rifle vending machines and the adult film candidate haha. Also the candidate said "I would love to do a scene with any of the fellow candidates" and the host going "her and Leslie are practically the same person" great

I was just watching the local news last week, and Perd Hapley was on there! I had no idea this dude actually was a news anchor in LA

Good enough episode but last weeks was one of the best I've seen. It shows that if Leslie wins she's gonna have to make some very hard decisions that ultimately leave alot of people unhappy

It shows that she may not be right do rthe job because she cares too much and doesn't wanna hurt people but a leader must.

Paul Rudd was perfect

Ron getting the cable on was great too

I was dying when Andy was doing the re-enactment of Rambo...His impersonation of Stallone was cracking me up.

Andy's code names and Ron's facial expression when Mike O'Mally said the price has been raised to $12,000 was hilarious.

The rest of the episode was meh

Tom's plan to cry, and being scared dude would steal his idea.

Andy re-enacting the pie incident with Jerry.

April: "I wasn't listening, but I strongly disagree with Ann."

April continues to give advice to those who continue to tell her about their problems.

YogurtPlatinum!

this episode was good. The Knope bus hitting the enlarged photo of Nick Newport and dragging it was so expected but still got me.

"Don't dodge the first question Miss Knope, did Groffles use a boat to cross the syrup river?" lmao

My favorite Andy codename was for Donna "It happened once in a dream"
laugh.gif

Then his obsession with the pie and circling a TV with permanent market

Ben's line "It's a trap!" was such a great subtle reference to Star Wars and how big of a nerd he is

I was pretty surprised Donna would smash her car, she loves that thing

Bummed this season is drawing to a close.

If Leslie doesn't get elected I am gonna be pissed.

Any news on it being renewed yet? I think that will determine which ending we get. it will be bittersweet if they don't renew and the DVD comes out with the alt ending to the season to see what might have been.

NBC's Upfront presentation is May 14th, which is when they announce their fall schedule.

So at the very latest, we'll hear by then.

Keeping my fingers crossed, literally one of 2 shows I even watch on tv anymore.
