I think more pairs will keep dropping. Nike has been doing a staggered release with shoes this years where they start flooding more pairs a week or so later( pinnacles, sbb, just don(?) etc etc

I'm honestly surprised by the comparison with 350s and the Ovos.

I was so sure they would have similar after market value... If anything the Ovos would come up on top...

But damn the Yeezy name really is something.

Surprised cuz these are very limited, design is very nice (minimal but with some nice premium finishes) and there is celebrity affiliation.

But ya in terms of hype... numbers... and after market value... there is no comparison.

I think the name Kanye West is just a force in itself right now. Nothing can compare.

Drake's popularity... esp as a fashion icon is no where near Kanye's level.

A new model is also hella risky and I think the fact that its a Jordan.. rather than a Drake shoe would most likely be the driving force (Not to mention it would have to look appealing.)

Using the 10 as the base was safe. It's not the most popular retro, but still is seen as ok to most Jordan collectors.

Spending a $1000 on shoes is Not smart!   I'm guilty of being a dummy

but my point is,    A Person who can Afford to drop $1000 on some shoes compared to someone WHO CAN NOT!

A Person stuck in they Momma house or Person Who can Afford a 1 Bed Apt on they own!

I think he meant a person being able to drop 1k on a pair of shoes without it being a big deal is "winning". Barely being able to afford them and buying them at that price is a different story tho... Besides, without "winners", you wouldn't have that option to sell the shoes for profit if you chose to. To each their own tahahaha

Keep it 300, the only reason these are not going for over 1000 is because ppl(like me) still believe that they might drop in October. If this was CONFIRMED the only release one and done prices would be a lot higher.

How to wear??....Where to wear??...Didn't give it much thought but I'll probably wear them with black hoopin' shorts and a dri-fit Nike T.  Sport em to my son's AAU basketball tourney.  Afterwards will hit Saltgrass Restaurant for some Chuck Wagon cheese fries and slightly below average steaks.  But that's just me.
