I have both 10.5 and 11 in these. I am a wide footer but the 10.5 is good. The 11 is slightly long for me, but not to the point of being unwareable. I would go 10.5 every time if I could.

Other kicks sizes to give you an idea:
Air max 1 10.5
Jordan 1 11
Asics gel Lyte III 10.5
Asics Gel Lyte V 11
