OFFICIAL OCTOBER '13 NIKE OUTLET/WEBSITE/STORE UPDATE THREAD - DO NOT MAKE REQUESTS

Best find I've had at an outlet was Military 4s in GS size LAST WEEK. A friend copped for less than $30, she didnt even want them that much but i made her buy them. The outlet got them as an error and put them on the hash wall. I find it plausible the 12s were at Ross.

I went on Sunday and still saw a couple of pairs in GS sizes for Military 4s

I don't think anyone is disputing that...?

I saw other pictures of people posting db ivs so I don't think its bs but that's just me, I don't think so many people would bs that

care to post said pics? that would provide sufficient evidence that they could be around.

those pics would probably include at least 1 person with a few pairs as the person certainly wouldn't leave any in the store.
Ross is also known to write the price on the soles. maybe someone would post a pic like that.

So these showed up in two different Ross stores?

One in Long Beach CA (ninetythreetilinfinity), and one in Colorado (jello169)?

Does ross get their shoes direct from nike? how does it work?

I know stores like Marshall's gets things from department stores like Nordstrom, Macy's ect.

I still call ducktales...look how worn that tag is. If you take a picture of the sole. I also agree ross writes on their sole. I would believe it then

I say that Ross picture is bs. Not saying the shoes are fake, saying they didn't really find all those there
I'm not sure if these guys legitimately found these pairs at Ross, but I did see a twitter account where the guy took a pic of the shoes on the rack and they're clearly at the Ross because of the white racks, the shoes were still attached to each other, had the plastic ink thing you have to remove, and the Ross tags were clearly visible. So i wouldn't be surprised if they guys legitimately found these at Ross.

See guys, there is hope. Just have to look hard enough. Also saw someone cop a pair of raptor 7's for 49.99 as well.

I'mma say ducktales and super troll job of the year. Dude's comments say he GAVE them to his cousin because he was over the "drama" the pics brought. :rolleyes

I peeped his IG, first dude needs to really put down the PS controller and walk around the block a couple of times. second dude is obviously into Jordans. I DON'T care who you are if you bought these and they're not your size you're immediately putting them up for trade or sell after they're legit checked. If they're real that's a minimum $200 profit on top of making back your $50. Sorry not buying it.

And if you did have a come up like this, you would not give AF about how much you'd have to prove it. I'd be back at Ross asking for surveillance footage of me buying the shoes or have interviews with the people that work there. At the very least I would have recorded the purchase.

Sorry I'm not buying that for a $1.

I'm not saying that there aren't Jordan come ups at Ross or Marshall's or Nordstrom Rack but the DB IV released 2 years ago. Y'all really gonna believe random pairs just happened to show up at Ross? C'mon people, y'all looking for Jesus' chalice at the swapmeet. :{

When did you saw these?

LOL, nephew was so surprised grammar went out the window.  LMAO.
...but nobody is asking you to buy it, they provided proof you don't want to believe it.  Cool.  Last time I checked nobody said you had to check your Ross for them.  Also not everyone is interested in flipping shoes, I would walk right past these if I saw them.  To much work involved for what you say is a $200 profit.

I'm not going to take sides, but I will say that unless you work somewhere that pays $200/hr, I wouldn't be walking right past these. I'm already there and its a max of one hour to take pics, throw them up on eBay or elsewhere, and then a short trip to your local post office to ship once sold.

Back on topic though, I was back at Aurora, IL Monday night and Nike Outlet had sold the sz 8 green glow 4 I mentioned a few days ago. That leaves the white black Jordan 2012 and the black cyber Penny II as the only shoes worth noting in my opinion.

Also i'd like to add this is not my pic. just someones from twitter that i stumbled upon so dont ask me where i saw them.

Honestly, its no need to really dwell on the topic too much especially to the point that we are debating on what we would do if we saw them or if dude is seriously trolling.

There is a glimmer of hope that the shoes could be around but people were hitting ross hard recently for other stuff anyways so it wont make that much difference in the grand scheme of things.

DBIVs at Ross....really cot damn I need a ross in my hood...

These finds do more harm than good.

Effective hunting is about using knowledge and inexperience to maximize your chances of finding deals while minimizing the amount of effort required to reap such rewards. I assure you that the best way to do this is not to look for DB4s at Ross. Thinking you might come up like this is equivalent to mistaking playing the lottery for a career path. Sure, sometimes miracles happen - remember that dude you found PE OG Concords at a flea market? - but chasing miracles isn't where one should invest his human resources when bargain hunting.

Most people are best off pretending it didn't happen.

That said, dude who said he'd walk past them is crazy. That's like saying you'd walk past a pile of hundreds on the ground because you are too lazy to pic them up. The shoe is horrid, But, c'mon - http://www.flightclubny.com/p.php?fc=ny&c=aj&sc=aj4&i=011499

We will see if those Ross pickups are true based on whether a wave of those shoes will show up on ebay by next week or not.
