Well I know some time ago I mentioned I was going to start a few splits but I've finally got around to getting supplies and everything needed. Depending on how this first one goes I hope to contribute a number of splits I've been looking at for a while but haven't yet seen. Most will be scents I am interested in myself or those which I feel go well with the current season.

This is a fragrance that I've been going to quite often as of recent, excellent for the cooler weather.  It's a great "first oud" scent to try as its not nearly as offensive as some other oud fragrances; this is from the sweet mandarin top that tones it down.  But where it's sweet, its also dark and complex.  This one honestly just feels like a James Bond type scent to me.

Thoughts on Tom Ford Noir and Versace Eros?

I have a free Sephora certificate and was gonna grab one of those but Tom Ford kinda smells like baby powder to me when it settles. Was considering Gucci Guilt and Prada Luna too.

I literally did 8 sprays on me, with 4 sprays of homebrew layered underneath

Bal d'afrique isn't meant to be loud... more a personal scent for yourself and those that come in close to you... if you want attention use aventus and with homebrew underneath... I'd only go one spray of each though

I went with that many sprays since I was going to be in a very crowded environment in a small space. I wanted these wimminz to smell the kid feel me?

Btw, what was that mystery cologne? It smelled great out the bottle but didn't work with my skin.

I remember what it was, Guerlain Shalimar Initial Parfum. It's a female marketed frag, but that joint is tough. Smells very similar to DHI.

came with a receipt from  Scentsworld

I paid $180, but the receipt says $280

Is this typical? 

And can anyone clue me in on how to find the batch #?
