I dunno man, I think Herod is great but since revisiting Pure Malt and getting passed the initial spray, I think I LOVE Pure Malt and really like Herod

it smells like a very high end A-Men which I was never crazy about, it's ok but she LOVED Intoxicated

I haven't really heard of a niche VPH type of scent

Pure Havane is nice, not as good as Pure Malt IMO but very solid, it's more like Tom Ford TV

Put on Tuscan Leather over 12 hours ago, have worked out and sweated like a mule and it's still so strong it smells like I am sniffing straight out the bottle off just 2 sprays. I still go back and forth on if I actually like the smell though, last time I had it on, was a hot day, I went in the bathroom and scrubbed it off

Yea that stuff is strong. If you like the raspberry in it you should check out that David Yurman limited edition if you haven't yet. It's not as strong as TL and it dries down to a nice vanilla.

I like Pure Malt a bit better, Pure Havane is sweeter than Pure Malt. But Pure Havane can be had cheaper.

I dropped my decant of musc at the gym yesterday and it broke. My travel bag smells like it. That'd not what u want your bag to smell like. Also no hate on parfums DE marley herod, but if u never got the original split from last year from baise, I mean the very first you don't know what it is. I got 3 splits of it since and none smell as potent, I even brought it up in this thread last May when I got another split of it. Now the 1st one mixed with any of the newer 1's is literally premo status.

This frag is definitely high quality! Very sophisticated amber,chocolate and orange scent. It's deep and resinous.

also damn Baise I didn't realize you had SJ Unforgivable Multiplatinum in there, that is a gem

Amber Extrait- resinous amber, and a blast of cacao powder. It has a orange peel undertone and its powdery, not baby powder, but actual cacao powder.

I actually think the OG Unforgivable is better than the Multi-plat, the latter is a bit too sharp for me. Plus, the original lasts a good 6-8hrs, no longevity issues over here.
