Low key this could be from a couple days of use with 45 or so sprays.

16 sprays = 1.5 ml

my average spray down is about 25 depending. If I use it just to go run errands in the am I do about 10 ish, so lets say I use about 2 ml per spray down. That dent I would calc at maybe 20ml which tracks on how many times I've used this. At least 5 for work and the same when I'm heading out the house.

Just dipping my toes into this fragrance game and, gotta say, haven't been lucky so far.

To expound, I'm legit just getting into carrying more than 1 bottle of smell goods. Been getting by on Burberry maroon for 20 years...figured time for an upgrade had been past.

So I start purchasing decants. Place an order with fragrancenet for 10 ML of Creed Viking, Himalaya, and TF Ombre Leather but only 5 ML of Creed Virgin Island Water. VIW ended up being my fav.

Whatever...at least I got 5 and not 2.

So place another order

10 ML of Aventus, Vanilla Powder, Sauvage, and 5 ML of Santal 33, Imagination and Lovers.

Yall already know how I feel about Santal 33. Wore Imagination today and oh boy...winner winner chicken dinner. Definitely lasted the longest out of anything I've sample so far. And the smell is so calmingly pleasant...easy wear. Why are the winners only 5 ML?

Still got a ways to go but I'll be seriously contemplating a bottle of Imagination come next spring/summer.

Imagination I think will be the one designer I am buying soon simply because its just that good. It's simple but the nuances the dupes that i've smelled can't get. Now should i try others? enh maybe when the ones I have run out.

I think you need to figure out what's your "type" of fragrance first. What's something you can see yourself wearing more than others. that way your blind buys aren't so blind. Also visit Ulta and Sephora and just wander around sampling frags and getting an idea of what you enjoy.

Which ones? And it's not that they pushed them to the side it's just that ME houses are beasts when it comes to release. Last year Prada gave us Paradigm, last 6 months I think French Avenue, Rayhaan, and all the usual susect ME houses put out at least 10 frags between them. Like I think Game of Spades released 3/4 alone this year so far.

so when you have product to talk about it's easy to see that. they'll focus their content on those.

I dont get grandma vibes from it personally.

I do get that from Tom Ford Ombre Leather though. It legit has a strong perfume base that reminds me of something my mom wore when I was a kid.

Yeah I ended up ordering that €250 bottle from Harrods (UK) because it was the only one I could find after plenty of searching that was from an authorized retailer, not sold out, and shipping to Belgium.
The discounts on that Maple Prime store are crazy though for a seemingly legit retailer, y'all are lucky

With the amount of dupes, clones or whatever you wanna call them going around nowadays I'd rather not gamble on a non-authorized retailer though.
