Fit is great--not too loose and very flattering.  Pants will stretch so size down one or two.  I am 5'9/10 as well. Just get them hemmed right and you're good.  I always go one inch past my heel so I can cuff them and avoid any staining.  The next ones I am getting are the Petit NS.  If you don't have a pair of APCs, get them.
