theres still some real djs who post on here. dont be fooled by all the controller talk (no offense)
proto-j posted on this thrad, hes a cool dude, linked up a few times while hes been in miami, alex butler too (johnny blaze something), gusto post on the wdywt, dj award from LA and bunch more that i cant remember.
i know ppl that have done that with traktor, use the S2 as a main mixer, and still use turntables. not too familiar with all that. theres that one pioneer controller thats like $1000 that i heard is good, the one i posted isnt bad, and theres one thats like 800 thats descent too, i seen ppl use that one with serato. i do a few mobile gigs here and there (store events, launches, fashion shows) and sometimes i feel no need to bring everything that I do, and thought about the controller, i ended up just getting a all in one casket and a legit dolly, it makes eveyrhting 100000 times easier, only pain is loading it in my car, i use to have individual cases for everything and suuuucked. u have a SL2 with a mixer right now? i would say stick to that, i dont know if you can connect turntables to an itch controller.
also here's a link to a bunch of edit packs ive made:

hope they come in handy
Thanks dude, yea mixer with SL2 now, Im more than likely going to just get a rane sixty-one or sixty-two mixer just so I don't have to connect the SL2 and have those extra wires (although it really isnt that big a deal) I do the same kinda gigs and events and some parties, I like the look/feel of at least one turntable so I'm certainly not losing them. Yea I have individual cases for each table now, and no case for the mixer. Good looking on the info.
