Just do what I did bought a trashed pair of trainers on mercari for like $20, threw the shoes out and kept the laces lmao

Spray those down with some about, let air for 10minutes, One wash in the machine on cold and those would be back to 7.75/8 type brand new.
FKTs for the daily activities and FKRs for the gym
No shoe bags, just remove the insole and laces and toss em’ in.
