I got nike to do the adjustment on my white trainers. The rep says i would get an email but I never got one. My invoice now reflects the lower price and charged to card shows the original amount. is that how its supposed to be and the credit appears back on the card after some time?

Yes , I ordered two with my cc and one with PayPal . I got an email right away with refund from PayPal transaction only. I would give it at least a week for the refund on credit card.
